Care Services Director Opportunity
Loveday & Co. is expanding its presence in London, and we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Deputy General Manager to lead our care services. This exciting opportunity comes with an estimated salary range of £62,000 - £72,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as access to our Employee Assistance Programme, Health Care Cash Plan/Private Health insurance, and opportunities for training and development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Care Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care services, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Clinical Leadership: Provide leadership and support for clinical and care colleagues, championing member safety and dignity.
- Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, monitoring outcomes and adapting strategies to enhance care delivery.
Eligibility Criteria:
We require an active nurse pin holder with the NMC, eligible to live and work in the UK or holding permits to work prior to application. A passion for delivering exceptional care services, combined with strong leadership and communication skills, is essential for this role.
