Senior Sales Incentives Strategist

We are seeking a Senior Sales Incentives Strategist to join our team at Annapurna Recruitment. This is a central/global role reviewing all sales incentives reporting into the Global Head of Reward.

The role includes delivery of the firm's Sales Incentives strategy into the senior stakeholders of this 2000 strong sales force team. The role will involve gathering details of all commission schemes in play today and recommending changes to simplify and standardise.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sales incentive plan mechanics and design. A doer/sales plans expert who can get into the detail of the plans and work well with others.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Reviewing and optimising sales incentives plans to drive business performance.
  2. Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales incentives strategy.
  3. Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective plan design and implementation.
