Business Development Manager

Job Role:
You will be responsible for overseeing the daily activity of our telesales team, ensuring they hit their daily call targets and convert online enquiries into Conveyancing instructions and leads for Surveys.
Main Duties:
- Manage the daily activity of the telesales team
- Hitting daily call targets, typically between 60-80 a day
- Recording the call outcomes
- Converting the calls into leads
- Managing the chase cycle for unanswered calls
- Ensuring all administration is accurately updated
- Reporting daily, weekly on the converted leads
- Suggesting improvements to the processes to deliver improved conversions
Requirements:
- IT Literate to a good standard
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- 1-2 years experience in a similar telesales role
- Excellent understanding of customer service standards
- Knowledge of the domestic property surveys industry
- Excellent telephone manner
