Senior Communications Manager, EMEA

The purpose of this role is to lead executive communications, media relations, and thought leadership for the Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. brand in the EMEA region. This involves increasing awareness and elevating visibility of the network, its leadership, and clients in a way that is authentic, forward-thinking, and bold.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead executive communications, media relations, and thought leadership for the Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. brand in the EMEA region.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to increase awareness and visibility of the network, its leadership, and clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in communications efforts.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and thought leaders.
  • Develop and execute media relations strategies to secure media coverage and thought leadership opportunities.
  • Create and disseminate engaging content across various channels to drive business results.
  • Monitor and analyze communications metrics to inform strategy and optimize results.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in executive communications, media relations, and thought leadership.
  • Strong understanding of the EMEA region and its communications landscape.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management and budgeting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of digital communications channels and platforms.
  • Experience with social media management and content creation.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
