About the Role

As a Behavioural Change Manager at Sainsbury's, you will play a crucial role in driving enterprise-wide transformations and delivering sustainable change outcomes. With a strong background in change management and project management, you will possess the ability to influence and engage senior business leaders, coaching and challenging them to effectively navigate and sustain change.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver change management interventions for the transformation programme, including change impact assessments, comms and engagement, and behavioural training materials.
Collaborate with the Head of Organisational Change and Culture to establish a consistent change management approach across the organisation.
Work seamlessly with colleagues from our centres of expertise in the People team to deliver the change plan for various programmes.
