Our Behaviour Change Management Consultant role is designed to give you a hands-on insight into the work we do as a company and help to develop skills and knowledge within your chosen field.

As a Behaviour Change Management Consultant, you will support our clients with their toughest challenges, where people and behaviours are at the root of successful transformation. You will design client solutions and behavioural interventions that positively impact people, profit, and the planet.

You will directly support our Behavioural Change Unit which sits within our Strategy & Transformation capability. This means you will have open access to develop your consulting skills through our Junior Consultants Academy, whilst also having the opportunity to explore our other service capabilities: Digital Advisory, Asset Management, Supply Chain & Procurement and Capital Programme Advisory.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting clients with their toughest challenges
  • Designing client solutions and behavioural interventions
  • Developing consulting skills through our Junior Consultants Academy
  • Exploring other service capabilities
