Care Practitioner

Kemple View Hospital is a 90-bedded hospital that provides treatment services for male patients with mental illness and/or personality disorder. We aim to maximise an individual's opportunity for recovery, enabling them to lead a more independent life back in the community wherever possible.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and balancing competing demands from two professional domains. You will receive additional training (e.g., Safeguarding Officer) to support your growth and development.
The successful candidate will be a key member of our multidisciplinary team, working alongside social workers and nurses to deliver high-quality care. We offer a comprehensive induction programme and ongoing training opportunities to ensure your success.
Key Requirements:
- Dual registration in NMC and Social Work registration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Knowledge of local child and adult safeguarding policies and procedures.
Our estimated annual salary for this position is £45,000 - £65,000, based on experience.
