Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and profitability in the UK market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive sales and business growth.
- Lead a coordinated approach to sales and marketing activities in the UK, working closely with our marketing and research teams.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing in the animal nutrition industry.
- Proven track record of sales success and business growth in the UK market.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- MSc, PhD, or Veterinary degree in Animal Nutrition.
- Valid UK driving license and passport.
This is a remote, home office-based position with travel requirements. The work environment consists of a variety of settings, including standard home office, motor vehicles, farms, animal producers, manufacturing facilities, and client/customer facilities.
Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, with occasional walking and standing.
