Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Country Head of UK to lead our operations and drive business growth in the region. This role will oversee all aspects of the UK market, including sales, marketing, operations, and team management.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the overall business strategy for the UK, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the UK team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective communication across all levels.
  • Market Development: Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive growth, enhance market share, and build strong customer relationships.
  • Sales Oversight: Oversee sales operations, setting targets, and monitoring performance to achieve revenue goals.
  • Financial Management: Manage the country's budget and financial performance, ensuring efficient resource allocation and profitability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to support business objectives and drive initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership roles, with a strong track record in the UK market.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, and operations management.
