About This Role

Audible is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Country Manager to lead our UK operations. As the Country Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and representing Audible in the UK market.

About You

We are looking for a forward-thinking, analytically minded leader who is capable of operating across functional lines, influencing a wide range of stakeholders, and has strong marketing knowledge and expertise. You will have a deep understanding of the UK market, including public policies, legal and tax considerations, industry dynamics, and competitor analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction in the UK market.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to develop and inform how Audible's marketing, content, and product are localized, programmed, and merchandised to serve customers in the UK marketplace.
  • Champion the needs of the UK marketplace customers within Audible, Amazon, and to other relevant external audiences.
  • Represent Audible externally in media/PR opportunities and serve as the marketplace spokesperson.
  • Lead through influence in a matrixed organization and collaborate with Amazon leaders in the UK across Retail, Entertainment, and digital businesses.
