About the Role:
This full-time, fixed-term position (until November 2025) is based at our Yale location and comes with an estimated salary of £26,842 - £29,380 per annum. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience working with young people who have mental health needs. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support learners with mental health concerns, as well as working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions between educational settings.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individualized support to learners with mental health needs
* Develop and maintain relationships with local schools and educational institutions
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective transitions and support services
* Maintain accurate records and reports on learner progress and outcomes

Requirements:
* Level 3 or above in a relevant mental health or wellbeing qualification
* Proven experience of working with young people who have mental health concerns
* Strong administrative and organizational skills, including confidentiality handling
* Personal resilience to cope with challenging situations
* Proficiency in digital literacy and ability to develop teaching and learning techniques
* Welsh language skills are desirable
