Mental Health Team Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Team Manager to join our team at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day care to service users under the supervision of a clinician.
Main Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with service users, other members of the multidisciplinary team, and relevant stakeholders to achieve the optimum health outcome for clients.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the individual needs of service users.
- Participate in the multidisciplinary team to provide a high and consistent level of holistic care, maintaining the dignity and equality of the individual.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mental health principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We welcome applications from Welsh and/or English speakers.
