Job Title: Senior Collections Executive

We are seeking an experienced Senior Collections Executive to join our team, playing a key role in maintaining our financial health by identifying customers who have missed payments or may be getting close to that point. As a Senior Collections Executive, you will work closely with customers to develop options that work for both the customer and the business, while supporting the Collections Manager to manage workloads, support complex cases, and drive team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Collections Manager with the effective day-to-day management of workloads
  • Train and develop the team, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles
  • Act as a point of escalation to support on more complex cases, including forbearance, rescheduling of payments, and writing off charges
  • Maintain and administer a portfolio of customers who have missed payments
  • Negotiate and discuss options with customers and equipment suppliers in respect of arrears
  • Assist with reporting requirements and case summaries
Requirements:
  • Experience managing a team, including one-to-ones and training
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Prior collections experience would be beneficial
