Job Title: Senior Collections Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Collections Executive to join our team. As a key member of our collections team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our financial health by identifying customers who have missed payments or may be at risk of default.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Collections Manager in the effective day-to-day management of workloads
  • Train and develop the collections team to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex cases, including forbearance, rescheduling of payments, and writing off charges
  • Maintain and administer a portfolio of customers who have missed payments
  • Negotiate and discuss options with customers and equipment suppliers in respect of arrears
  • Assist with reporting requirements and case summaries
Requirements:
  • Experience managing a team, including one-to-ones and training
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Prior collections experience is beneficial
