We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.

About You:

  • You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the care sector.
  • Hold a relevant qualification, such as NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Be able to work effectively on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week.
