Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced VP of Marketing to join our leadership team and drive the company's overall marketing strategy. Reporting to the executive team, this position will oversee all marketing functions, focusing on brand growth, demand generation, and market positioning.

The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing team and be responsible for developing innovative marketing initiatives that align with the company's objectives. Your role will include both strategic leadership and hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations to ensure the successful implementation of marketing activities across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company's growth ambitions, with a focus on demand generation, brand development, and market expansion.
  • Lead the marketing department, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Work closely with other departments, especially sales, to ensure alignment in goals and strategy execution.
  • Establish and enhance the company's market presence through targeted branding initiatives. Ensure the company is recognized as a leader in its field through thought leadership, PR efforts, and content marketing.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs within the payment sector. Adapt marketing approaches based on insights and data to stay competitive.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to create go-to-market strategies for new services and solutions. Lead campaigns that highlight product benefits and drive customer adoption.
  • Identify and cultivate key marketing partnerships to support broader business goals. Build relationships with industry leaders to enhance the company's influence and network.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and optimal return on investment. Monitor and adjust spending to align with company objectives and market conditions.
  • Regularly report to the executive team on marketing performance, key metrics, and return on investment. Use data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
