About the Role
  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Strategy, Social Media, and Paid Media teams.

The Head of Strategy and Media will oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across various platforms.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversight of the Strategy, Social Media, and Paid Media teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
  • Provide strategic counsel and insights to clients based on market research and data analysis.
  • Stay abreast of global marketing trends, cultural nuances, and regulatory changes affecting international markets.

Performance Analysis

  • Utilise data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI for clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, paid media strategies, and digital marketing tools.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus, especially proficiency in Mandarin.
  • Creative thinker who can drive innovative solutions for clients.
