We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our finance team at VANRATH. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the financial function and contributing to the company's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with weekly payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees
  • Handle invoice queries and resolve any discrepancies
  • Manage accounts receivable and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients
  • Assist with expense and mileage claims
  • Manage aged debt to a minimum
  • Perform general accounts administration tasks
Requirements:
  • 12 months experience working in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders
  • Flexible approach to work and ability to work on own initiative
  • Comfortable with financial processing and software
