We are seeking a skilled Homecare Assistant Lead to join our team at Brendoncare Otterbourne Hill. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering care services to our residents, ensuring that they receive the highest quality of care and support.
About the JobThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced healthcare professional to take on a leadership role within our care team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and social care, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will be responsible for managing a team of care assistants, coordinating care plans, and ensuring that our residents receive timely and effective support. If you are a motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care, we would love to hear from you.
