About the Role:

As a Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, following care plans, and ensuring that each resident receives one-on-one time and attention.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supporting residents with their daily needs, including food, drink, and personal care.
  • FOLLOWING CARE PLANS TO ENSURE RESIDENTS RECEIVE THE RIGHT LEVEL OF SUPPORT.
  • Providing companionship and engaging activities to enhance the quality of life for residents.
