NHS Advanced Practice Nurse Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled NHS Advanced Practice Nurse to join our team. As a key member of the Halton Recovery Team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of clinical services.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position on a permanent contract.
  • You will be working as part of a supportive, well-resourced, and dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage the care of patients with mental health issues.
  2. Develop and implement integrated care pathways, including appropriate service user referrals and models of care.
  3. Participate in case supervision to monitor named primary nurses' standards of service user care and documentation.
  4. Provide regular clinical supervision as per Trust policy.
  5. Ensure the safe management of medicines and adherence to safe practice and principles of administration.

Expected salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per year.
