About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Runcorn and Widnes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Promoting health and wellbeing within the family unit and community as a whole.
  • Performing comprehensive assessments of patient nursing needs as the named nurse.
  • Plan, assess, and evaluate programmes of care according to changing health needs under the direction of the District Nurse.
  • Support the team leader in the coordination of complex and continuing care packages.
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with NMC guidelines.

This role requires a minimum of 6 months paid experience in a community nursing environment within a Community Trust in the last 3 years.

The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
