Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and supervision to children, supporting the delivery of the early years curriculum and promoting positive behavior. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing individualized attention to each child's needs and encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  2. Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe, engaging environment that fosters learning and growth.
  3. Supporting daily routines such as meal times, nappy changes, and sleep supervision, while maintaining accurate records of children's progress and development.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
  • A passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding practices and policies.
  • A flexible approach to work, with a commitment to ongoing training and development opportunities.
