North Lincolnshire Council Children's Services, rated as Outstanding by Ofsted, is seeking a dedicated Child Protection Specialist to join its Case Management Teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the council's One Family Approach, ensuring the best possible outcomes for families and children.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified social worker or nearing the end of their training, with experience working with children, young people, and their families. They must have a strong understanding of statutory and legal responsibilities towards children, young people, and their families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting North Lincolnshire Council's One Family Approach
  • Working with children, young people, and their families to ensure the best possible outcomes
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with professionals, including schools and community services
