Cancer Research UK is looking for a motivated and experienced store manager to lead our Beeston shop. As a shop business director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of staff and volunteers, and contributing to our charity's overall success.

Main duties include:

  • Developing and executing plans to increase sales and profitability.
  • Recruiting, training, and developing a talented team of staff and volunteers.
  • Maintaining excellent customer service standards and store presentation.
  • Collaborating with local communities and Cancer Research UK colleagues to achieve fundraising targets.
