Domestic Operations Manager

Lombard Shipping plc, a leading logistics company, is seeking an experienced Pallet Network Supervisor to join their team in Liverpool. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for managing a fleet covering the "L" and partial "PR" postcodes, ensuring seamless coordination between customers, depots, and drivers.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise effectively with local depots to ensure smooth operations
- Communicate efficiently with drivers to maintain delivery and collection schedules
- Manage paperwork with excellence, uploading PODs and planning driver runs
- Allocate nightly trunk jobs to maximize trailer capacity
You will be a highly organized team player with a background in pallet network-specific operations. Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel, you will communicate effectively with all levels of management, consistently meeting KPIs. A valid Category B driving licence and excellent geographical knowledge of the Liverpool area are essential. A FLT licence would be advantageous.
