A leading construction consultancy in Gloucester is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.

About the Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for working on a diverse range of projects, from social housing to large-scale commercial developments. You will have the opportunity to engage with clients across both the public and private sectors, and work on projects that offer a wide range of challenges and experiences.

The consultancy places a strong emphasis on professional development, offering full support for those working towards Chartership through their internal APC program. You will also benefit from tailored in-house training and have the opportunity to pursue further education qualifications, all within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on a variety of projects, including social housing and commercial developments
  • Engage with clients across both the public and private sectors
  • Develop skills and experience through internal training and APC program
  • Pursue further education qualifications
Requirements
  • Construction related degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
  • Experience working on Social Housing projects
  • Experience working in an Employers Agent role
  • MRICS is highly desirable or someone in need of support to achieve chartership
