The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £75,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Area Coach to lead our restaurant teams to excellence. As an Area Coach, you will provide guidance and support to restaurant managers, drive performance improvement initiatives, and identify opportunities for growth and development. Your role will involve working closely with our restaurant teams, analyzing performance data, and developing strategies to improve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. If you have a passion for leadership, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to motivate and inspire others, we want to hear from you.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in business or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You should have a proven track record of driving business results, a strong understanding of restaurant operations, and excellent leadership and communication skills. You will also need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to make decisions quickly and effectively.
