The Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust has an exciting opportunity for an Integrated Specialist Public Health Nurse (ISPHN) - Health Visitor to join their North team. This role involves leading the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme for children aged 9 months to 11 years, managing a caseload or client group, and providing specialist advice in areas such as peri-natal mental health and infant mental health.

About the Role
This ISPHN - Health Visitor will be responsible for the management of a caseload or client group, ensuring the effective delivery of care packages to children, young people, and their families. They will also provide leadership and day-to-day supervision of team members, working closely with other professionals to deliver high-quality services.

The successful candidate will have a full understanding of relevant policy, legislation, and guidance relevant to the clinical area, as well as immunisation skills. A teaching qualification or equivalent presentation skills/training experience would be desirable, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload or client group, including compilation of reports and participation in multi-agency safeguarding children procedures
* Provide leadership and day-to-day supervision of team members
* Ensure the effective delivery of care packages to children, young people, and their families
* Offer specialist advice in line with identified specialist areas (e.g. peri-natal Mental Health, Infant Mental Health)

Qualifications and Experience
* Current registration on the NMC register
* Professional qualification in Specialist Community Public Health Nursing
* Teaching qualification or equivalent presentation skills/training experience
* Recognised non-medical prescribing qualification
