Head of Delivery

The Head of Delivery is responsible for the successful delivery of all projects and services, as well as supporting the strategic development of the business, to achieve agreed financial and developmental objectives. This role ensures high-quality service and delivery standards on existing contracts and expands work scope.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team to deliver projects and services, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities and increasing profitable order intake.
- Collaborate with the Director of P&I to ensure alignment with the overall growth strategy of Nuvia UK.
- Implement process improvements to deliver benefits to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and specifications.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience of managing complex and client-critical projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strategic thinking and ability to identify new business opportunities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
