Head of Delivery

The Head of Delivery is responsible for the successful delivery of all projects and services, as well as supporting the strategic development of the business, to achieve agreed financial and developmental objectives. This role ensures high-quality service and delivery standards on existing contracts and expands work scope.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of projects and services, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities that align with the company's growth strategy.
- Collaborate with the Director of P&I to ensure effective project management and delivery.
- Implement process improvements to deliver benefits to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage a team of project managers and ensure the optimal utilization of resources.
- A degree in a relevant field (Science, Engineering, Project Management).
- A member of a relevant professional institute.
- A technical and/or commercial background with the ability to meet clients at all levels.
- Experience of leading and managing a team with demonstrable results.
