About the Role

The Entrepreneurship Ventures Manager will be responsible for driving the creation, development, and growth of UCL Eastman Dental Institute's graduate startups. This role will focus on managing the institute's incubation program, overseeing a team that delivers ongoing support to startups, and building a thriving entrepreneurial community.

About You

We are seeking a leader who can bring fresh insight and expertise to our incubation program. You will be responsible for implementing robust evaluation processes, building relationships with alumni startups, and fostering a culture of giving back to the community through support, mentoring, and philanthropic donations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive startup growth and success
  • Manage a team that delivers ongoing support to startups, including mentorship, networking, and access to resources
  • Build relationships with alumni startups and foster a culture of giving back to the community
  • Implement robust evaluation processes to regularly review and refine the incubation program
  • Collaborate with the entrepreneurship leadership team to build pipelines between early-stage programs and the incubator
