Your Role
As a Venture Capital Analyst at CVX Ventures, you will be responsible for creating a continuous and high-quality deal flow. This will involve analyzing companies, markets, industries, and teams to make investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in the market
- Develop and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and other stakeholders
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and competitive landscapes
- Present investment opportunities to our investment committee
- Negotiate term sheets and ensure that CVX Ventures wins the best investment opportunities
- Run investment processes with our partners and close investment rounds

Requirements
- Bachelor or master's degree with excellent results
- 2-5 years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, consulting, banking, or similar
- EU work permit
- Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Ability to close deals and negotiate term sheets
- Proactive approach and ownership of tasks
- Passion for analyzing and investing in companies
