Prospero Integrated is seeking a skilled AV Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our after-sales support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their Audio Visual systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:- Carry out scheduled maintenance visits to ensure our clients' systems are up-to-date and functioning as expected.
- Provide guidance and support to junior engineers, promoting a culture of excellence within our division.
- Respond promptly to service calls, completing service reports and communicating with our after-sales coordinator to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Liaise with our after-sales coordinator to manage incoming service calls, bookings, and feedback.
- Attend follow-up service visits, documenting and monitoring outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Track and report on service activities, maintaining accurate records and presenting them to our after-sales coordinator.
- At least 5 years' experience in a service engineering role, preferably in the Audio Visual and Technological industry.
- Proactive approach, with the ability to react quickly and calmly to customer demands.
- Excellent understanding of integrated Audio Visual systems, their maintenance requirements, and the software and hardware that comprise them.
- Ability to manage your own work and travel time to meet deadlines and maintain a daily schedule.
