Senior Children's Ward Staff

We are seeking an experienced Senior Children's Ward Staff member to join our team at The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust in Harlow. As a key contributor to our paediatric healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a positive patient experience.
Job Requirements- Demonstrate a strong foundation in paediatric nursing principles and practices, with a focus on delivering evidence-based care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Lead by example, mentoring junior staff members and contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture.
We offer a competitive salary of £38,890 - £51,449 per annum, depending on your level of experience. You will also enjoy flexible working arrangements, including bank shifts and fixed-term placements across various NHS trusts in England.
