Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • To manage a diverse caseload of patients on acute medical wards, utilizing advanced clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • To supervise and mentor junior staff, promoting their professional growth and development.
  • To contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures within occupational therapy and critical care services.
  • To engage in ongoing continuing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices in occupational therapy.
