Job Title: Compliance Expert Glasgow

The FMC Network is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Compliance Expert in our Glasgow office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards across our water treatment and hygiene services.

In this dynamic position, you will oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures to guarantee adherence to industry standards and statutory requirements. Your expertise in water quality management, Legionella control, and safety compliance will drive our operations forward, focusing on Scottish legislation and international best practices.

We are looking for a strategic thinker with a strong background in compliance management, preferably in the UK's water hygiene/treatment industry. With at least 7-10 years of experience, you will lead audits, risk assessments, and training programs to enhance compliance knowledge and skills within the team. Your excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with external authorities and internal stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH), is highly desirable.

This full-time position is based in Glasgow, with occasional travel to operational sites across Scotland and the UK. You will work in an office environment with regular visits to client sites and operational facilities. Flexible working arrangements are available to support project requirements.

Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
