Job Description Summary

MEDLOCK PARTNERS seeks an exceptional Office Administrator to support the team in their dynamic Sheffield office. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for delivering high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including welcoming guests, handling post, and assisting with scanning and printing needs.
  • Engaging with clients professionally, both over the phone and in person, to ensure a positive experience.
  • Producing letters and documents as directed by lawyers.
  • Organising and maintaining electronic filing systems, opening and archiving files, and supporting billing procedures.
  • Assisting lawyers with scheduling, file organisation, and any other administrative tasks as required.
