About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant/Valuer to join our team at Pertemps Bristol Commercial. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, conducting property valuations, and negotiating sales on behalf of clients.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Business Development: Identify and capitalize on business opportunities within the local market, proactively registering applicants and following up on incoming leads from various sources.
  2. Property Valuation and Listings: Conduct thorough property valuations and list homes for sale, ensuring accurate and attractive marketing presentations that showcase the properties' unique features.
  3. Sales Negotiation and Progression: Negotiate sales on behalf of clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all parties involved, and assist in the progression of sales from offer acceptance through to completion.
