BECOME A KEY PLAYER IN OUR PROTOTYPING TEAM
BAE Systems is seeking a highly skilled Programme Delivery Lead to manage our prototyping programme and drive success in our delivery teams.
About the Role:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality prototypes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely delivery of projects
- Monitor and report on project performance, including budget and resource allocation
- Maintain and improve process efficiency, ensuring seamless integration with other programmes
Requirements:
Essential Skills:
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, engineering lifecycle management, and governance frameworks
