Job Overview

Nurture Talent is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our team in the heart of the food industry. As a key member, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and growing current relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clients and Relationships: Work closely with existing clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Budget Management: Oversee budget allocation and ensure delivery of targets for upskilling events.
  • Project Management: Accountable for project profit and loss statements, tracking time and costs, and proactively managing potential risks and coordinating post-project reviews.
  • New Business Development: Identify and target new clients, drive new relationships, and evaluate opportunities outside the UK.
  • Product Evaluation: Collaborate with the team to consistently assess the current product offering, identifying efficiencies and new products for development.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage internal and external stakeholders, scheduling resources, and prioritizing conflicting objectives to meet deadlines.

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for the food industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling, client management, and interpreting client needs into delivering strategic solutions.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
