We are seeking a skilled Science Teacher to work across Key Stages 3-4 in a secondary school in Lichfield. As a Science Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of the next generation and inspiring them to pursue careers in science.

About the Role:

  • Teaching Science: Plan and deliver engaging science lessons that cater to students' needs and abilities.
  • Classroom Management: Manage classrooms effectively to promote student participation, creativity, and critical thinking.
  • Supporting Students: Provide targeted support to students who require additional help, ensuring they reach their full potential.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with the latest scientific research and advancements in the field to incorporate them into your teaching practices.

Requirements:

  • A valid DBS Check is mandatory for this role.
  • Previous experience working with children is highly desirable.
  • A Bachelor's degree in science education or a related field is essential; a Master's degree is beneficial.
  • QTS in the UK is required.
  • We welcome candidates willing to relocate or commute to Tamworth.
