This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager with a passion for caring to join our team at Home Instead. As our Care Service Director, you will be responsible for the growth and development of our care service, ensuring the delivery of outstanding quality care.

- has a proven track record in providing the highest quality of service.
- is experienced in leading a team to provide quality, domiciliary care services.
- has a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or working towards.
- has the ability to build fantastic working relationships.
- has strong influencing skills and is commercially aware.
- has the drive and motivation to develop our care services.
- has strong organisation and planning skills.
- is flexible to meet the demands of the business.
This role will play a vital part in ensuring that our clients receive the best in class quality care and will make a real difference for the older people we work with. We offer an attractive salary and a fantastic career development opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services.
- Developing and implementing care plans to meet the needs of our clients.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and statutory frameworks.
- Building strong relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders.
- Managing budgets and resources to ensure efficient delivery of care services.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care (Adult Management) Northern Ireland and Wales.
- Experience in leading a team to provide quality, domiciliary care services.
- Strong influencing skills and commercial awareness.
- Ability to build fantastic working relationships.
- Drive and motivation to develop our care services.
- Strong organisation and planning skills.
- Flexibility to meet the demands of the business.
