Main Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you will provide leadership, management, and guidance to our Care Team, ensuring that our clients receive the highest standards of care and support. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring compliance with regulations, laws, quality standards, and policies
  • Accountability for the Health and Safety of staff and clients
  • Promoting the aims and values of Live Connected
  • Reviewing and improving operational processes to deliver effective and efficient services
  • Recruiting and training high-quality Support Workers
  • Ensuring the provision of staff training and quality care services
  • Designing effective scheduling to ensure support workers deliver allocated services
  • Completing and improving Support Worker Risk Assessments and Care Plans
  • Operating the business in a paperless manner and embracing technological software and electronic communications
  • Recording and reporting Key Performance Indicators
Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking a highly determined and driven individual with experience in supported living services, particularly in working with complex care packages and adults with learning disabilities, mental health, acquired brain injuries, and autism. A Level 5 health and social care qualification is preferred but not essential.

Abilities and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, advanced computer skills, and the ability to work flexibly, including participating in an on-call system. A full driving license and access to their own transport are also required.
