About Us

At Live Connected, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional Home Care services to adults who require support in their own homes, empowering them to live independently and with confidence.

With a strong reputation across Europe, we are recognized as innovators who are committed to transforming the care sector through the effective use of technology.

Main Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing leadership, management, and guidance to our Care Team, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality care and support.

You will be accountable for achieving the highest levels of compliance with regulations, laws, quality standards, and policies, and for ensuring the Health and Safety of staff and clients.

You will also be responsible for promoting the aims and values of Live Connected, reviewing and improving operational processes, and identifying and recruiting high-quality Support Workers.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of staff training, scheduling, and risk assessments, as well as operating the business in a paperless manner and embracing technological software and electronic communications.

Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader who has a background in supported Living services, with a strong understanding of complex care packages and experience working with adults with learning disabilities, mental health, acquired brain injuries, and autism.

A Level 5 health and social care qualification is preferred, but not essential. What is essential is a willingness to work towards this qualification and a passion for delivering high-quality care and support.

Abilities and Skills

We are looking for a highly determined, driven, and ambitious individual who is passionate about making a real difference and contributing to the growth of our business.

You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to talk passionately about our services and values to potential clients or referral sources.

You will also need advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to produce reports and manage computer systems.

Self-motivation, flexibility, and a willingness to participate in an on-call system for out-of-hours work are also essential.

We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
