We are currently seeking a highly proficient and ambitious Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will have a willingness to operate within a technology-focused care environment.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership, management, and guidance to our Care Team to ensure our clients receive the best possible outcomes.
  • Take ownership of achieving the highest levels of compliance with regulations, laws, quality standards, and policies.
  • Accountable for the Health and Safety of staff and clients, ensuring our Policies and Procedures are always adhered to.
  • Promote the aims and values of Live Connected.
  • Continually review and improve operational processes to ensure the most effective and efficient service is delivered.
  • Identify and recruit high-quality Support workers, implement excellent training, and maintain high retention ratios.
  • Ensure the provision of staff training and the delivery of quality care services.
  • Design and implement effective scheduling to ensure Support workers deliver allocated services to clients.
  • Complete and continuously improve Support workers' Risk Assessments and Care Plans.
  • Operate the business in a paperless manner, embracing technological software and electronic communications.
  • Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators to the service manager/head of service/director.
  • Perform ad hoc duties to support the Operations Team.
Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate will have experience within supported living services, particularly with behaviours that challenge. They will also have experience working with complex care packages and adults with learning disabilities, mental health, acquired brain injuries, and autism.

A Level 5 health and social care qualification is preferred but not essential. The successful candidate will be willing to work towards this qualification.

We are looking for a highly determined, driven, and ambitious individual who is passionate about making a real difference and contributing to the growth of our business.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to talk passionately about our services and values.

They will also have advanced computer skills, including proficient use of MS Office, and the ability to produce reports and utilise computer systems effectively.

We are looking for a self-motivated and flexible individual who is willing to participate in an on-call system for out-of-office hours.

The ideal candidate will be extremely well organised, with excellent planning and prioritising abilities, and a high attention to detail.

They will also be a creative and strategic thinker who is able to embrace, influence, and communicate improvements to the team.

A full driving licence and access to their own transport are essential for this role.
