We are seeking an experienced Childcare Operations Manager to join our team at Pebbles Care.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of professionals and make a real difference in the lives of children and young people.

As a Cluster Registered Manager, you will be responsible for managing one home before progressing to support other homes within the local cluster.

About the Role

The Cluster Registered Manager is a leadership position that requires a strong understanding of childcare practices and regulations.

You will be responsible for leading a team of managers and staff to deliver high-quality care services, managing budgets, and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of managers and staff to deliver high-quality care services
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize efficiency
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including parents, carers, and local authorities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification in childcare or education
  • Experience of managing teams and budgets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:

Estimated Salary: £49,125 per annum based on a 40-hour working week
