We are seeking a highly skilled Care Coordinator Specialist to join our team at Verity Healthcare Limited. As a Care Coordinator Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients.

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for accepting care packages, assigning care workers to service users, and monitoring their attendance and visit timeliness. You will also ensure that service user care plans and care worker files are complete and up-to-date.

We are looking for an individual with at least one year's experience as a Care Coordinator in a domiciliary care company or agency. A Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care is also essential. Familiarity with electronic monitoring software and Carer Planer or other relevant software would be beneficial.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work flexibly and effectively as part of a team.
