We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Technician to join our team in Lincolnshire. As a QA Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet regulatory and customer standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and audits.
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in audits (internal and external) and ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and other relevant standards.
Requirements
- Background in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a QA/QC role within the food industry.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems.
