Quality and Productivity Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our team at our Lincoln-based engineering manufacturer. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving quality & productivity performance targets while fostering a customer-focused quality culture.
Main Responsibilities
- Update PFMEA's, Control Plans and Process Flows to standards
- Develop new PFMEA's
- Manage the Company Calibration System
- Conduct internal and Supplier Quality audits
Requirements
- Meticulous, confident, and organised professional with a passion for quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Salary and Benefits
